In-Season Program: 6-Week Block (3 Sessions Per Week)

• Monday - Technical/Recovery Session: Focus on technical skills and recovery, helping players maintain sharpness and reduce fatigue.
• Tuesday - Conditioning Session: Maintain peak performance with targeted drills, including football sprints and endurance exercises to enhance speed, agility, and stamina.
• Thursday - Tactical Session: Develop game strategy and positional awareness, ensuring players are well-prepared for match situations.
• Match-Day Warm-Ups: Specialised routines designed to optimise mental focus and physical readiness, ensuring your team is fully prepared for game day.
