ELITE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM 

What is the Elite Development Program?

The program is a unique opportunity for young footballers to develop their skills on and off the pitch through a structured and professional training program.

The program is comprehensively designed to complement club training and match schedules.

Players that excel in the program will be given opportunities to trial with NPL, A League & Overseas Clubs.

What does the Elite Development Program consist of?

The program consists of weekly athletic development and technical training sessions aimed at improving you as a physical & technical footballer.

The program is run by football coaches, sports scientists and strength and conditioning coaches.

The program will give players access to elite technology, sports psychologists, nutritionists & player agents.

The program also provides opportunities for matches during the off season to ensure players are getting more match minutes.
 

Who can apply?

The program is open to boys and girls U16 to U20 

How will players will be selected?

All talented footballers are encouraged to apply via the online application form below.

After the form is completed a review of the application will be conducted which may include reference checks and phone interviews.

Players are encouraged to attached video highlights to increase their opportunities for selection. 

When and where does the BOYS program run?

Wednesday 7am-8am or 8am-9am Athletic Development Session @ Player Performance Project

Friday 7am-8am Technical Session @ Kilburn Sporting Complex

When and where does the GIRLS program run?

Tuesday 7am-8am Athletic Development Session @ Player Performance Project

Thursday 7am-8am Technical Session @ Kilburn Sporting Complex


What does it cost?

$100 initial joining fee (training kit included)

$10 per week membership fee setup via direct debit
